Covered In Constellations, She Walks

Covered in constellations,
She walks across
The night sky.

Her feet don’t touch
Solid ground.
Her feet touch
Soft air instead.

Her arms,
She flings them
Wide, wild open
To hug galaxies and stars.

Her voice leaves
Her throat in
Waves of sound.
Thrums and hums
And subsonic booms.

Everything inside of her
Is joy.
Everything outside of her
Is life.

And so she walks
Across the moonlit
Stardusted sky.
